As soon as we receive and process your order, we will do everything we can to ship it as quickly as possible! We generally ship orders the same day we receive payment. Depending on the payment and delivery method chosen, your order may be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Restrictions may apply due to current legislation. We strive to comply with these restrictions as much as possible, but it is the responsibility of each customer to check the legislation and conditions applicable to each product and its delivery.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping and delivery are not guaranteed on weekends and holidays. During peak periods, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you by email.

You will receive a notification as soon as your order is shipped, including your tracking number(s). Tracking will be active within 24 hours. If you would like your order delivered to a tracked pickup point, please provide the address of that pickup point when placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or postal services. Unfortunately, some circumstances are beyond our control. Order cancellation is possible until we have notified the carrier of the shipment. After this time, we can no longer accept returns. Therefore, if a package cannot be delivered, it will not be reshipped and the customer will not be refunded. Please carefully check your information when filling out the order form and ensure that your mailbox address is correctly entered.
We are not responsible for products damaged or lost in transit. If your package is damaged or open, please refuse delivery and report the incident to your postal service as well as to us.
We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may apply to your order. All costs incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (customs duties, taxes, etc.).
You can contact us if you haven't received your tracked order within two weeks. Please also request a replacement shipment within eight weeks. We do not offer refunds; we always strive to find the best solution for resending your order.
